By creating an account or otherwise using CMoney, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use CMoney.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By signing up you represent that you meet these requirements.

CMoney is a personal-finance tracker built for content creators. You can record income and expenses, track liabilities and investments, link a bank via Plaid for automatic transaction import, and chat with an AI assistant for educational guidance on your finances.

CMoney AI generates educational guidance only. It is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, tax preparer, or attorney. Output may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Nothing CMoney says is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making material financial decisions.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt fraud.

Bank connections are handled by Plaid. Your bank credentials go directly to Plaid and never reach CMoney's servers. CMoney has read-onlyaccess to balances and transactions and cannot move money or initiate payments. Your relationship with Plaid is governed by Plaid's own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect any bank from Settings or directly at my.plaid.com.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service, scrape it programmatically, abuse the AI for purposes unrelated to personal finance, impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's data, or use CMoney to violate any law.

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we handle it. You can permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion disconnects all linked banks, removes all your data, and removes your login. It is irreversible.

CMoney is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. Use of CMoney is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMoney is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid CMoney in the past twelve months, which may be zero.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of CMoney after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which CMoney's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
